Dansk Bærefestival – Danish Carrying Festival – focuses on ergonomic babywearing. The annual festival offers a wide range of babywearing brands, makers of unique conversions and accessories, as well as workshops and talks by amazing people within the field. Many already-friends meet up face-to-face at the festival for the first time – strengthening the growing babywearing and carrying community.

A day filled with the joy of carrying.

Dansk Bærefestival is a non-profit event, organised by volunteers. The 2019 festival will be the second annual and biggest event yet.

All profit from Dansk Bærefestival 2019 will go towards two things: Supporting non-political, non- religious community activities working to spread awareness of carrying children; and a charity organisation called ‘Mødrehjælpen’, a non-political and non-religious social humanitarian organisation. They advise and support pregnant women as well as families in difficult situations.
